The rooms at Hotel Equatorial Melaka are comfortable and provide a cozy stay. As a young guest, I felt right at home with the modern yet traditional look of the room. The views of the Straits of Malacca and St Paul's Hill were breathtaking, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Personally, I found the shower/tub combinations in the private bathrooms a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still enjoy them.

equatorial melaka surpassed my expectations. friendly staff, spacious room, convenient location surrounded by shopping, attractions, and makan places within walking distance. Equator club's pre-dinner cocktails were amazing with free-flowing wine and beers. Club benefits included access to a lounge with abundant food and a breathtaking view of Malacca town.

The swimming pool was super refreshing, especially with the stunning view from the balcony on the 21st floor overlooking the port. The hotel staff, particularly the manager Rahman and the book in staff member Sam, went above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowingly enjoyable. We were even given a jaw-dropping souvenir as a token of appreciation. Asst. Manager Mohd Shazremin deserves a big shoutout for his impressive effort in accommodating our family in one room despite the hotel being almost fully booked. Amazing service! Free wi-fi, car park, gym, swimming pool, flat-screen TV.
